10th Edition of Global Conference on
Transcriptomics is an area of molecular biology concerned with the study of the transcriptome, which is the set of all RNA molecules, including mRNA, tRNA, and rRNA, transcribed from a genome. It is the large-scale analysis of the expression of the genetic code in terms of the number, types, and abundance of RNA molecules present in a particular cell, tissue, or organism at a given time. Transcriptomics can reveal the expression levels of genes in a cell or tissue, and can be used to identify differences in gene expression associated with diseases, treatments, or environmental changes. Transcriptomics analyses allow researchers to understand how genes are regulated and how they interact with each other and their environment. Transcriptomics data can be used to inform the development of diagnostic tests and treatments, as well as to better understand the underlying mechanisms of biological processes.
