Title : Organic Bordeaux grape production system using liquid humus and 1 plant cover
Abstract:
Organic production has its principles in agroecology, which is a science that integrates knowledge of other natural sciences, based on the search for new balance points. For viticulture the agroecological production system consists of the application of a set of techniques, among which we can mention the use of liquid humus and green cover. The objective of this work was to evaluate the productivity of the Bordô grape variety submitted to different concentrations of liquid humus and vegetal cover. The different concentrations of liquid húmus applied in the experiment were 7,5%, 15%, 30% and the control. For the green cover were used oats, vetch and the consortium between both. The experimental design was a block design in a 3 x 4 factorial arrangement, adjusted for variance analysis. The production variables analyzed were number of bunches per plant, production per plant, productivity per hectare and average mass of berries. The combination of liquid húmus and vegetation cover provided a possible effect for the productivity of the grape Bordô in an agroecological system, as well as the 15% liquid humus concentration was more effective.
