Biography:
Asma Moussous is a Lecturer at the University of Science and Technology Houari Boumediene, Algiers, Algeria, specializing in plant biotechnology, with a particular focus on plant tissue culture. Her research centers on medicinal plant hairy roots, especially Solanaceous plants that produce biomolecules for the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently focused on scaling up the production of life-saving therapeutics.
