Biography:
Klara Culjak is a student of Biotechnology at Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, University of Zagreb, Croatia. She did her bachelor thesis at the Department of Biochemical Engineering at Laboratory for General Microbiology and Food Microbiology. For her bachelor thesis she did the research about isolation and identification of fungi from the surface of dry-cured ham. Finally, she has become a Bachelor of Biotechnology in September this year.
