Biography:
Anusree Saha completed her B.Sc (Botany) and M.Sc (Plant Biology and Biotechnology) from Presidency College, Kolkata and University of Hyderabad respectively. She joined University of Hyderabad for her doctoral studies in 2015 and successfully defended her doctoral thesis in Feb, 2022. During her PhD, she has published 2 first authored and 6 co-authored research articles in international journals. She got selected for Newton Bhabha PhD Placement and worked with Prof. Christine Raines at University of Essex, UK for four months in 2017. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor (Dept. Of Botany) at Raja Narendra Lal Khan Women’s college (Autonomous), West Bengal, India.
